Taxo, also known as banana passionfruit, in fact is a relative of the more commonly known passion fruit. The flavor is more acidic than the passion fruit. In Latin American countries, taxo is often used to prepare juices, cocktails, and ice cream, all of which can be prepared with our frozen taxo pulp.
