Pineapple

Pineapple is native to South America and is grown throughout the warmer regions of the continent and the world. It is very high in both vitamin C as well as manganese, and is also known for its high content of digestive enzymes. Its vibrant yellow flesh are used in a variety of international cuisines, from accents in main plates, to juices and cocktails, to a very wide variety of desserts.
