Lemon is an exceptionally versatile fruit, rich in vitamin C, and used in a very wide variety of beverages and dessert preparations. We offer frozen fruit pulp of the delicious Meyer lemon variety, which tends to have a sweeter, slightly less acidic flavor than conventional lemons.
